- Onion
- Pointed pepper
- Olive oil
- Wine
- Pepper

Here's how to do it
- Boil Hilopites in plenty of water with generous salt
- Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil in a pan
- Deglaze with wine and add plenty of strained tomatoes
- Season with pepper to taste
- Add the cooked Hilopites
- Add chopped basil and stir
