Griechischer Obazda „Xtipiti“

Xtipiti is whipped sheep's cheese with paprika (hot chili) and olive oil. It is eaten as a dip with meat and vegetables, or as a spread on bread.

The Ingredients

  • 100 g sheep's cheese "Feta"
  • 5 tbsp Aristos olive oil
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ pointed pepper
  • 1 green chili pepper (possibly hot!)
  • 1 red chili pepper (possibly hot!)
  • Pepper

What you need

Blender

Here's how it's done

  1. Put all ingredients except the sheep's cheese into the blender and blend coarsely.
  2. Break the sheep's cheese into small pieces, add to the blender and blend coarsely.
  3. Add pepper – done.

Mom's Tip

If you add more olive oil at the end, the dip will be even creamier. This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
