Greek Obazda "Xtipiti"
Xtipiti ist geschlagener Schafskäse mit Paprika, Chili und Olivenöl. Er wird als Dip zu Fleisch und Gemüse
Xtipiti is whipped sheep's cheese with paprika (hot chili) and olive oil. It is eaten as a dip with meat and vegetables, or as a spread on bread.
The Ingredients
- 100 g sheep's cheese "Feta"
- 5 tbsp Aristos olive oil
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- ½ pointed pepper
- 1 green chili pepper (possibly hot!)
- 1 red chili pepper (possibly hot!)
- Pepper

- Put all ingredients except the sheep's cheese into the blender and blend coarsely.
- Break the sheep's cheese into small pieces, add to the blender and blend coarsely.
- Add pepper – done.
