Terms of Payment

Payment can be made either
  • (1) via PayPal
  • (2) via advance payment
  • (3) via purchase on account (currently unavailable)
  • (4) purchase via credit card (processor: VivaWallet)
  • (5) Giropay (online bank transfer with PIN and TAN)
  • (6) via credit card
  • (7) via Klarna
(1) PayPal Plus To use PayPal Plus, you need a PayPal account. Here you can easily select the payment method you prefer. (2) Advance Payment If you pay in advance, you will receive our bank details for the transfer. The goods will be handed over to the shipping service provider for delivery on the day the payment is received. (3) Purchase on Account The option to purchase on account without "PayPal Plus" is (for now) only granted to registered customers. You do not need a PayPal account for this payment option. Payment term "Purchase on Account" From the date of purchase, specifically from the shipping confirmation, the invoice is due within 30 days. For this purpose, you transfer our claim to the specified account on the invoice. (4) Purchase via Credit Card The processing is done via the VivaWallet gateway. (5) Purchase via Giropay When choosing to purchase via Giropay, you will be directly redirected to the payment service provider Giropay. Payment takes place by providing your bank and your TAN procedure. (6) Purchase via Credit Card The processing for purchase via credit card is done via the payment service provider VIVAWALLET. (7) Purchase via Klarna If you are a Klarna customer, you can complete the payment processing via Klarna. To pay with Klarna, you need a customer account with Klarna.
