Our black olive paste is made from the juicy pulp of our Kalamata olives, which are natural and processed entirely naturally. Regional Greek herbs and spices are added, and the paste is refined with extra virgin olive oil. Garlic is also a special ingredient. The recipe is free of chemical or artificial flavors that would affect the taste. Our gluten-free vegan olive paste is processed with salt water, and the olives are de-bittered beforehand without chemical additives.
This delicacy from our hometown of Trikorfo has an authentic, strong taste and is therefore perfect as a hearty spread, a dip for vegetables and meat, or for tomato sauce. It also works well in pizza sauce, pesto sauces, or as an ingredient for tomato salad. One jar contains 190g of this Greek delicacy.
