These olives are a delicious alternative to our completely homemade Kalamata olives from organic farming. Our homemade olives are prepared with a bit more effort. We change the salt water by hand, and marinate the olives in different marinades (salt water, vinegar water, olive oil with herbs).
After opening, you should consume the vacuum-packed organic olives within 14 days, or store them in a jar with salt water and herbs of your choice. Protected in brine, the olives can be enjoyed for months.
