This combination is something special. Those who have ventured into traditional sweets or chewing gums in Greece know the taste of the delicious mastic tree. The mastic oil was obtained from the mastic tree from Chios. For this, the tree is incised so that the resin can escape. Mastic oil was added because mastic was consumed in traditional Greek healing culture to combat stomach problems, heartburn, or skin inflammations.

Our juices are cold-pressed and then pasteurized at low temperatures. This is necessary to ensure shelf life outside the refrigerator. However, once the pomegranate juice is opened, it must be stored cold at 4°C. The juice will then last 4 days before it starts to ferment. The cold process gently extracts the important antioxidants that are said to be in pomegranates. With the help of a specially made pomegranate press, the pomegranates are processed cleanly, without altering the taste through the peel.

Furthermore, we completely refrain from adding chemical additives, flavor enhancers, colorings, or preservatives to our pomegranate juice.
