Garlic paste for seasoning dishes – intense flavor
Our garlic paste is made from Greek garlic. It is cultivated in Kozani in northern Greece. To ensure the garlic paste is easy to spoon and remains spreadable, olive oil is part of the straightforward recipe. This paste is suitable both as a seasoning paste for e.g., homemade tzatziki, and as a pure spread for a fine snack at home.

To make the application of the garlic paste easy and to avoid struggling with a knife or spoon to spread lumpy garlic pieces, the producing family has mixed olive oil into the recipe. This helps, on the one hand, as a preservative along with a pinch of sugar. There is no danger that you will have to use up the garlic paste within a few days. On the other hand, olive oil makes the garlic pieces more spreadable.
These ingredients are no obstacle for seasoning dishes such as tzatziki or Bolognese sauce.
