Mediterranean Natural Sponge Kapadiko White Softer Texture

Our natural sponge comes from the Mediterranean Sea. The Greek name for this type of sponge is Kapadiko. This sponge is equipped with a cotton cord to facilitate drying after use. This allows you to hang it up after each use and the water can drain better. For personal hygiene, our customers use our natural soap in combination with our sponges. It is excellent for body care because it is gentle on the skin while enabling effective cleaning. Caring for the sponge is straightforward: regular rinsing with a vinegar-water solution helps keep it hygienic and extends its lifespan.

Kapadiko sponges are not only known for their functionality but also for their environmental friendliness. They are biodegradable and free from chemical additives, making them a sustainable alternative to synthetic sponges.

As mentioned, the Greek name is "Kapadiko". Internationally, this sponge variety is also known by its English name "Honeycamp". Since it is a Greek sponge, we name it after its Greek name.

There are two reasons for bleaching natural sponges.

1. Some customers are disgusted by the pure natural sponge. After bleaching, the sponge is perceived as clean.

1. Rinse your natural sponge with vinegar at regular intervals to get rid of annoying germs and bacteria.
2. Add water and vinegar concentrate to a bucket in a 10:1 ratio.
3. Leave the sponge in the solution for 4 hours.
4. Rinse it thoroughly afterwards.
5. You can then use your sponge again for your bathing experience.
6. The lifespan of the unbleached premium sea sponge is easily one year.
