The individual delicacies in our XXL gift set:

Sun-drenched olives from Trikorfo - Homemade Kalamata olives with pits

One of our first products, the untreated, black Kalamon olives with pits, ripen throughout the year under constant sun exposure near Kalamata and are hand-harvested in December with our help.

The secret of our very popular olives is that we prepare them ourselves in a four-month process, including multiple changes of water. Natural de-bittering takes place with salt water. After four months, the unblackened, natural olives are bottled directly by us as the manufacturer and are available for sale. The fact that they are free of additives, flavorings, colorings and preservatives is reflected in their unique taste. Their tender and firm flesh, which easily separates from the pit, has a very special taste. See for yourself!

Gentle care for every skin type - natural soap made from 100% olive oil

We not only use our Aristos olive oil as a high-quality cooking oil, but also extract our natural olive oil soap from it, which contains no other ingredients and is completely free of palm oil. It is made using the cold method and, after at least eight weeks of ripening, is sent directly to us from Greece, where it is packaged by hand and without plastic. With the pleasant inherent smell of olive oil, it is perfect as a gentle daily body hygiene product. Since the soap is not only vegan, but also completely free of artificial aromas (preservatives and perfumes), it can be used on dry and sensitive skin, as well as on impure skin. It also has a nourishing effect when washing hair and removing make-up, removing make-up residues and strengthening the hair.

The sun of Greece in an olive oil

On a protected south-facing slope in the mountains of Messenia, our Koroneiki trees have been growing for years, overlooking the city of Kalamata. From morning to evening, they are warmed by the sun and nourished by the valuable red earth of the soil, until we traditionally harvest them in December with sticks and rakes to produce our high-quality, single-variety olive oil. After it has been bottled and each bottle has been individually labeled and checked by us, the natural and unfiltered cloudy oil goes directly to the weekly market or to the webshop – directly from us as producers from Greece.

Aristos olive oil can be used in both cold and warm cuisine, for frying as well as for cooking. Its pure and natural taste is particularly good as part of a salad dressing. Our oil also adds the final taste to Mediterranean antipasti or a delicious pesto.

From the heights of Greece to the teapot - Greek mountain tea

Our sideritis scardica, as Greek mountain tea is often called in technical jargon, comes from organically certified cultivation. The region of the producer community from which we obtain the mountain tea directly from Greece is located near Olympus. Many Greece enthusiasts associate Olympus with the 12 gods of Olympus. Important in this context are the facts that the tea grows on rocky areas at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. Sufficient sun, wind and the rocky soil are all that the ironwort needs to grow to its full strength. In Greece, mountain tea is considered a "folk remedy" and is gladly drunk at any time of day and for any occasion.

Try it out and taste its unique flavor!

Premium Syrah Red Wine: Like the blood of the earth...

... that's how red our Greek wine is, the ruby red premium red wine of the noble French Syrah variety, which ripens for 18 months in French oak barrels. It convinces with its wonderful aroma of red fruits and spicy spices. The dry, single-variety Syrah from 2020 is not our best red wine for nothing – it has already won several awards, and for example received the silver medal at Concours Mondial Bruxelles 2017. Highly recommended with festive meat dishes, game and aged yellow cheeses.

Our Tapenade Duo

Our black olive paste is made from the juicy flesh of our Kalamata olive, which is unblackened and processed completely naturally. Regional Greek herbs and spices are added, and the paste is refined with extra virgin olive oil. Garlic is also a special ingredient. The recipe is free of chemical or artificial flavors that would affect the taste. Our gluten-free olive paste is processed vegan with salt water and the olives are de-bittered without chemical aids beforehand.

The delicacy from our hometown of Trikorfo has an authentic, strong taste and is therefore perfect as a hearty spread, dip for vegetables and meat or for tomato sauce. It also works well in pizza sauce, in pesto sauces or as an ingredient for tomato salad. One glass contains 190g of the Greek delicacy.

Our olive pesto also consists of pure olive paste and almond pieces. The de-bittering of the olives also takes place without chemical aids and the processing of the olives into delicious pesto is completely vegan. However, the olives for this pesto come exclusively from Chalkidiki. This region in northern Greece is very well known for its delicious green olives. As the name suggests, this product is particularly suitable as a pesto. The use of this olive paste is not limited to pesto. You can also serve this green tapenade as a spread or as a dip for vegetables and meaty dishes. For a great gourmet evening, this paste should not be missing. Add a tablespoon of the pesto to your cheese platter and let your guests judge.
